3. How We Use Information

We use collected information for the following purposes:

  • Providing and personalizing quarterly market intelligence reports
  • Processing payments and managing subscriptions
  • Generating anonymized, aggregated industry benchmarks
  • Improving the Service, including our data models and methodology

We may use anonymized and aggregated data derived from Subscriber Data to improve the Service and generate industry benchmarks. We will never identify your specific pricing, truck counts, or service mix to other subscribers or third parties. Aggregated benchmarks reflect market-wide patterns and cannot be reverse-engineered to any individual business.

These providers access only the data necessary to perform their functions and are contractually bound to protect it.
  • Legal Compliance: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or government request, or if necessary to protect our rights, safety, or property.
  • Business Transfer: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subscriber data may be transferred to the successor entity under equivalent privacy protections.

7. Data Retention

We retain account information and Subscriber Data for as long as your account is active. Upon termination or cancellation, we delete your Subscriber Data within 30 days.
